Customer Support Representative (Athens)

We are the most popular internet destination for booking restaurant tables in Greece and Cyprus, and looking for a part time customer support representative to join our team.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Serving incoming calls and providing instant support to e-table users and restaurants
  • Providing outbound services via phone and email
  • Handling chat communications
  • Report and escalate issues when necessary
  • Always be updated with company’s product, promos and policy

 

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in customer service
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to communicate information and data in writing, so others will understand
  • Good skills in computer and MS Office (word, excel)
  • Fluency in Greek and English (oral and written)
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Own laptop
  • Flexibility in working in shifts
  • Happy to work from home
